1. M5 Outlook Plugin

M5 Phone System users have access to the M5 Outlook Plugin. This allows users to select contacts from their Microsoft Outlook and "Click to Dial".

Required Information for the M5 Outlook Plugin

In order to use the M5 Outlook Plugin, you will need to contact M5 Support to gather the required information to operate the phone from your machine.

The below information gives some detail on the Required Information:

• Subscriber - Your full phone number minus the leading zero.
• Subscriber ID - A M5 internal number for you subscriber.
• Password - The password for your voicemail.
• Call Out Prefix - 0
• Server - The IP address of the M5 call Manager.

M5 Outlook Plugin Installation and Use

In order to use the M5 Outlook Plugin firstly download the install file from the M5 Networks web site and then install the M5 Outlook Plugin. Once this has occurred, the M5 Outlook Plugin will be available for use within Microsoft Outlook.

To Save the M5 Outlook Plugin

• Go to http://www.m5networks.com.au/html.php?page_id=320.
  
• Select the "Download M5 Outlook Plugin" link.
• Save the selected .zip file to you machine.

To Install the M5 Outlook Plugin

• Close all other applications (especially Microsoft Outlook).
• Run the install file.

• Select the Next button.
• Enter the Required Information for the M5 Outlook Plugin.

• Select the Next button.

• Enter the desired install location (if you wish to change from the default)
• Select the Next button.

• Select the Install button.

• Select the Finish button.

To Use the M5 Outlook Plugin

• Go to the Contacts folder.
• Right click on the desired contact to dial.
• Select the M5 Dial .... button for the desired number.
